IDAHO MARRIAGE LICENSE

MONTANA MARRIAGE LICENSE

• You must have a copy of your birth certificate
• Residency Requirements; You do not have to be a previous resident or resident of Montana.
• Waiting Period; You can get married immediately after receiving your license, unless under age of 18.
• Blood Test & Physical Examinations; The bride is required to have a blood test for rubella.
• Age Requirements;  If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must have parental contest.  Proof of age must be proven with a certified copy of your birth certificate.  You will be required to attend at least two counseling sessions that are at least 10 days apart.  No one under the age of 15 will be able to marry.
• Expiration of Marriage License;  License is valid for 180 days.
